11 May The taste & the music of Parma
Yesterday May 10th the bloggers have been in the land of the great composer Giuseppe Verdi: Parma with its Farnese and Regio Theatre, the birthplace of the Maestro in Roncole di Busseto, Barezzi House [where the young Verd lived for a number of years and where he played his first public performance in 1830] and Verdi Theatre in Busseto , Villa Verdi at Sant’Agata in Villanova sull’Arda.
But they enjoyed also the flavour of this land, and its tipycal products such as Parma ham [Taste Museum], Parmigiano Reggiano cheese [Taste Museum] & Culatello [Antica Corte Pallavicina castle in Polesine Parmense].
